2. 30kW to 1MW
3. Several microturbines to stick the biogas curve
4. Maintenance service once every 4000 hours
5. Life time >80,000 hours
6. Financing possibility case by case

Biogas compressor 4-6 bars:

1. Compressor up to 6 bars from 20Nm3/h up to 1000Nm3/h
2. Rotary vane compressors

Siloxanes filter :

1. The cost of the system is self financed by the saving on the maintenance and the additional revenues from higher availability
2. The only system in Europe with siloxanes level below detection limit
3. Turnkey projects developed by Verdesis
4. Biogas analysis for 250 organic compounds

Aerobic iron sponge H2S filte :

2. H2S level below 5ppm after filtration
3. A passive and robust system
4. Oxygen management for partial regeneration of the iron sponge in the vessel

Methane enrichment:

1. A very compact system based on a breakthrough in the PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technology

The biogas : A living matter to the treatment of which Verdesis brings innovative solutions.

A global approach of the problem of the optimization of the garbage management , pass by an appropriated treatment of the garbage dumps that, even though they would not know how to be the good answer to the elimination of the garbage, will continue to be at the heart of the system:

1. Either because, it will be necessary to use them for the dumping of the "ultimate" garbage,

2. Either because they continue to "produce" the biogas, even a long time after have been closed and that the treatment of this biogas imposes itself to all, as much for economic reasons as of security.

In fact, today in Europe, most dumps, and certainly the quasi-totality of the major dump, are equipped with a system of captation of biogas that, either it passes in flare or is valorized as electricity, participate to:

1. A reduction of the emission of greenhouse gas:
The biogas contain 30 to 60% of methane, which have a potential of global warming up of 21 .In other words, if one burns methane completely, one reduces of 20 times the emissions of gas to greenhouse effect. Besides, if one produces electricity with these gases instead of resorting to other fossil fuels (for example coal, oil or the natural gas), one can reduce again 50% of the emissions of gas to greenhouse effect.

2. A reduction of acidic rains:
The biogases contain less than 0.3% of sulfur in general. Therefore, if one uses them to produce electricity instead of other fossil fuels, more sulphured (as the coal that contains 1 to 4% of sulfur), one can considerably reduce the emissions of sulfur dioxide (SO2).

The last 10 years, larger landfills have been equipped with reciprocating engines making electricity out of biogas. For the smallest or those which produce the biogas of bad quality only, there is nothing in general of foreseen and then the emissions of biogas pass, in the best of the cases in flare, in the majority of the cases, unfortunately, pass directly in the atmosphere.

Verdesis brings a solution to valorize the biogas for small flow in sewage plant or for landfill with poor quality biogas or for aging landfill.
